How to Create a Chic Art Deco Home Inspired by Kendra Scott

Let’s explore Austin, Texas’s artistic creation by Kendra Scott and this stunning art deco home Creation. Kendra Scott is well recognized for being the creator, executive chairperson, and chief jewelry designer of her $1 billion jewelry company. She is even a designer and the previous CEO of Kendra Scott, LLC. This incredible entrepreneur was responsible for designing her lake house in art deco style. Art Deco home style portrayed modernism as it evolved into fashion. Its products included both hand-crafted luxury items and mass-produced items, but the aim was to create a contemporary, anti-traditional elegance that suggested wealth and sophistication. This is a hint that Kendra Scott, who enjoys both art and fashion, has infused her individuality into the design of her home, which is an exact reflection of her. The style is characterized by straightforward, often “streamlined” shapes, geometric or stylized adornment derived from representational forms, and extraordinarily expensive materials, which frequently combine man-made and natural materials. One of the most recognizable features of this art deco home mansion, which can be seen in every room is the intricacy of the tall wall in the living room shown in the image above. The wall-mounted portrait gives the space a sense of sophistication, and the gold mirror frame contrasts beautifully with the frames of the portraits. The designer, Kendra Scott, decides to place three center tables in black and gold with three main brown sofas facing each other and a rug that matches the color of the sofas. In both corners of the room, it seems she wanted to make it look like a piano lounge. A gorgeous sitting room is located on the opposite side of the living room, and it has many of the same characteristics and components as the living room. The wall portraits, however, are significantly wider than those on the opposite wall, some are larger than others. Two white armchairs and a low sofa are present in this space, along with what appear to be the same centerpieces as in the preceding image. This area, designed by Kendra Scott, looks more contemporary because the lighting is less artistic than the other elements. The designer explained that the Venetian plaster walls’ cozy tone and suede-like texture, which are so opulent that the surfaces themselves almost sigh, could be responsible for the peaceful majesty of those most crucial regions. In this mansion’s second sitting room, the wood tone reappeared. Kendra Scott used the Nordic style that was highly popular last year to design this space in a contemporary manner. Here, there are some unusual color combinations and distinctive shapes in some of the decorations’ elements. In comparison to the other spaces, this one has considerably stronger wood tones. Their traditional style gives the house some age even if it has brand-new skin and a historical spirit. In the image above is a fresher art deco home room, as a wide window helps the natural light to enter this room making the room brighter and helps to feel lighter than the others as a result of the simple way of the decoration, The Sitting giraffe in the right corner, is one of the characteristic elements of an art deco home style. The black and white stripes chosen by Kendra Scott along with the window in this room help to give the impression that the space is larger than it actually is. Putting this side by side, it doesn’t seem that two of them are part of a closet and the other one is the outstanding bathroom. The colors make it look almost indistinguishable, white, black, and gold details, is the main and almost all the colors that the designer, Kendra Scott uses in this room. Santini, who collaborated with art advisor Amy Sawtelle to curate the pieces, claims that “the artwork offers the framework prompt authenticity.” The kitchen, as shown in the image above, features marble stone across the countertops and walls. There is also substantial lighting above the countertops that can illuminate the entire eating area. The art deco house design accents are present in the green cabinetry in the kitchen, as well as some of the gold decorations on the living room walls. The enormous plant and the vibrant main colors make the space fresher. The outdoors of this art deco home are outstanding too, the space near the large pool has some unique patterns which are the main elements. The black and white presence which is visible almost in all the rooms we saw before is implemented here, in the two sofas that are facing each other and the two armchairs that are backward to the pool. A vintage photograph of hostess-with-the-most-women Sophia Loren presiding over a collection of bottles heavy on Domaines Ott rosé, the owner’s favorite gift, in the wine basement, which is lined with fiery-smoked eucalyptus. Another area that Kendra Scott, the designer, greatly simplifies is in the lower right corner. An adjective that perfectly describes this art deco house space is “unique location,” which is comfortable and soothing. The fireplace in the room’s center completes the picture. According to Santini, who received funding from the late American designer Tony Duquette, known for his opulent and fascinating jewelry and interiors, “This space is all about depth and drama.” This was how this iconic library was described. Where all the elements of this architectural style combine together is the centerpiece of this art deco home. The darker blue paint that Kendra Scott decided to use on the walls and ceilings is wonderfully harmonized with the bright yellow spiral staircases that lead to the second story of this magnificent library. As we can see, the books and artwork are cleverly arranged on the shelves according to color. The main study table, which resembles an office a lot, has a distinctive color scheme. The dominant green armchair, the black table, and the prominent secondary chairs are in wood tones. So we came to the end of this breathtaking art decor home, designed by an …

Creation Of Hajar Ali On Midjourney Ai Art

The Best Projects Of Midjourney AI Art

We will introduce some AI artists who explore the new technologies and the new world of Midjourney AI art to create magnificent design spaces. As we all know, AI (Artificial intelligence) and all the technology around it have evolved exponentially in recent years. It is increasingly considered a trend, and evolutions like never seen before are expected. This trend is no different within the world of interior design, where AI is used for various things to improve the efficiency and accuracy of project development, making the whole process faster and more effective. In this way, we can say that AI and its evolution will shape the future of various markets worldwide. We will then present several artists who use AI to create spaces that only with this technology become possible, with the use of Midjourney AI Art. Harshdeep Arora The first artist we present here is Harshdeep Arora. Like all the others we’re going to introduce, this one uses a tool called Midjourney, an artificial intelligence service developed by Midjourney, Inc., an independent research lab based in San Francisco. Midjourney generates images from descriptions in natural language, called prompts, similar to OpenAI’s DALL-E and Stable Diffusion, for example. We see projects in which the artist gives prominence to colors, one of the factors that enhance the environment. We were also able to observe the use of geometric shapes in the spaces created, with the presence of areas with linear lines being rare. Modern spaces and extravagant pieces of furniture are also present in the room. Ben Myhre The second artist we are going to introduce is Ben Myhre. As we said, all the artists we will present here use Midjourney technology in creating these spaces. This one presents different creations from the previous one, even though it was generated by the same tool, and this shows how a tool like Midjourney AI Art can create different environments. In the first analysis, the creation of more closed spaces immediately stands out. In all of them, we see dark environments with a Gothic style around them. We know that they are spaces focused on detail, with all kinds of details taken to the extreme, as we can see in the windows, always worked in a particular way. Hajar Ali The third artist featured here is Hajar Ali, a Singaporean businesswoman, founder of Urbane Nomads, a luxury travel agency, and the website Travel Like a Humanitarian. Hajar Ali is known for being the first recorded woman to cross the Rub’ al Khali, the “Empty Quarter” of the Arabian Peninsula. Hajar was recognized in 2011 by Singapore Women’s Weekly in its annual report “Great Women of Our Time”. Hajar Ali also uses Midjourney AI Art in his design creation and exploration world. Despite one or two distinct creations, we see a pattern in the designs that Hajar Ali generates at Midjourney AI Art. In most of these we have a very present use of the landscape, with large windows giving all the protagonism of the space to the outside and to what surrounds the place, perhaps something exploited by Hajar for being such a well-traveled woman who gives so much value to the landscape of the different places and nature. Shail Patel We now move on to Shail Patel‘s creations. With Midjourney AI Art, he creates varied spaces, from housing projects to store designs, in which he works on world-renowned brands such as Apple, Versace and Lacoste. This one tries to create spaces that are bolder and more of their own, with very unique and distinct characteristics. As we can see from the images, we have very daring projects where the artist tries to create impactful spaces that do not go unnoticed. In all of them we have at least one element that deals with the area and that makes it striking and unique, making it practically impossible to see something more vulgar and within the typical pattern of Shail Patel’s creation. Stefano Casati We went this time to a London-based architect, Stefano Casati. This focuses a lot on architectural creation and its connection to nature and how both manage to coexist beneficially for both. He uses Midjourney AI Art to get inspired and create unique projects with features very different from what we are used to seeing. As we can see, this architect focuses his creations on an eccentric layout. We have extravagant environments that bring uniqueness to the work. In terms of colors, of course with some exceptions, the architect prioritizes more serene environments with the presence of calmer colors that bring harmony to the place, with lighter and more neutral colors. Daryl Anselmo We return to another artist who bets on Midjourney AI Art to explore diversity and his unique creations. Daryl Anselmo has both retail and housing projects in his portfolio. Intense colors take over some of the spaces created by the architect. Without this protagonism of color, we can verify the presence of elements and extravagant details that bring this peculiarity to the place. As we can observe, the artist uses Midjourney AI Art to create spaces that are totally dispersed from the normality of what a dwelling place is, being able to associate these spaces with environments inside a video game, something that can really be in association, taking into account says that the author specializes in video game design. Tim Fu Last, we left what is capable of being the most unique artist of all. Tim Fu is a designer with work experience in London, China, Hong Kong, Dubai and Kuwait. This one takes advantage of Midjourney AI Art to create spaces that are truly incredible and unthinkable by human imagination. In all creations, the designer was concerned with presenting an impactful and surprising area. Grandeur and luxury, these are the characteristics that stand out the most when we see the creations of artist Tim Fu. Clearly, the artist takes the use of Midjourney AI Art to the extreme, with the performance of this tool to …

The Unexpected Eccentric Design in a Midcentury Home

In this midcentury home, Jamie Bush and architect William Hefner’s unconventional design brings the unexpected. In this Home where the client says clearly to avoid the vogue trend and the “Fifty shades of beige”. She states strongly, “I didn’t want a house that looks like everyone else’s. I wasn’t looking for a hip midcentury home in the Hollywood Hills with perfectly elegant interiors.” In this Los Angeles midcentury home we will see the very different room which Jamie Bush and architect William Hefner’s put the wishes of the client and turned them into reality. This dazzling midcentury home, where an eclectic and eccentric design exists and makes each space unique and fun. This midcentury home style embraces the odd and unusual, know as eccentric design. It’s important to remember that this is not a design for the fearful, so consider decorating your home with humor and playfulness. This article’s photographs will show the numerous rooms in this unconventional style – eccentric design– applied. The eccentric design of the living room is demonstrated by the various interior pieces in the image up top. The plants that give the space a fresher feel, the pink-hued sofas and armchairs, the gold accents in some of the details, and the rug that links it all together. This midcentury home is a stunning project that was expertly constructed because to the surprising color choices and contrast that it has. The eccentric design in the 30-by-36-foot living room is decorated in pink and peach tones, while the kitchen and dining area are celadon and forest green, the main bedroom is ice blue, and the fully remodeled poolhouse is brilliant yellow. The three young daughters’ bedrooms, as well as the bunk room they share for overnight stays at the house, are covered in various hues of the same cheery tulip-patterned fabric and wallpaper. The facade of the midcentury home, the foyer with a center table and distinct escultures, and even the big chandelier and piano chamber that appear to be emanating from above the ceiling are all shown in the photos above. Inside it, the eccentric design is explored. When they worked on this incredible midcentury home, they looked for all kinds of references. In a blockbuster depiction of Los Angeles swank, Kitchen has combined elements of nostalgia and modernity, humor and seduction, and high culture and low culture. With its circular skylights, color-blocked rooms, and pink-tinged indoor-outdoor terrazzo floors, the house is a bold pasticcio of Hollywood Regency, Art Deco, Palm Springs camp, tropical contemporary, granny chic, and a sprinkle of Morris Lapidus-style Miami Beach cha-cha. The kitchen and dining room,in this midcentury home, are two separate areas adjacent to one another, are shown in the photographs above. The diverse shades of blue combined with the other primary colors gave the space a more elegant stylish appearance. However it still feels like a cozy space to be dining in. The presence of the eccentric design is apparent in this midcentury home ‘s interiors. Each room has a distinct color scheme, and occasionally it seems neither the designer nor the client is concerned about whether certain objects’ colors complement one another. They think it’s a sign of modern taste, similar to the notion that choosing a painting because it matches a sofa’s color is somehow vulgar. So they made a distinct style choice that incorporates all the various times, shapes, and colors working together – the eccentric design. As the architecture explain when putting in to view the eccentric design along with Jamie Bush, the client didn’t really feel that satisfied with the house and its architecture, so he tried to give the house a really exceptional period of architecture. So he flattened the pitched roof, adding sharp contemporary eaves and corner windows, and covering the previously stucco exterior in white-painted reclaimed brick—the same material he used for outdoor screens, planters, and brise-soleils—as well as a few key interior walls—completely changed the character of the building. The architect explains, “It has the correct atmosphere and seems familiar, but it’s not an exact replica of one particular yet eccentric design.” The midcentury home is distinctive and has individuality due to the contrast between the white façade and the variety of colors painted and used inside. Just like a precious stone, where the value is found inside. Every unique item that decorates this space are things from far-flung periods and places. Bush adorned his various ensembles with both modest midcentury materials like Formica, linoleum, cork, and vinyl as well as old-fashioned finery like Sherle Wagner marble toilets and gilt-finished fixtures, accent walls of smoky beveled mirror, Dorothy Draper cut velvets, and bullion-fringed pool umbrellas. A carpet or rug is utilized in each of these rooms. Actually, the eccentric design of this midcentury home uses carpet or rugs to make the space appear a little warmer than it is. In this examples above was used almost the same shapes and color. With the five images up there, we can see the various bedroom hues and patterns. The white fluffy carpeting appears to be bigger in the kids’ rooms, and the floral pattern has a more vivid color scheme. A portrait of three people and what appears to be a flowering chandelier can be found in the dining area. Although if the floors are all the same in the photographs above, we can notice the various colors utilized in the bathrooms inside the home. The one in the middle is the most striking since it appears to be nicer and fresher than the others because of the large windows that allow you to glimpse the outside vegetation. The client’s request for a unique and somewhat whimsical home that she would like to live in was taken into consideration by the designer and architect as they worked to capture the perspective that would be most appropriate for the home. “I simply enjoy that it seems fun to me,” she says as she wraps up. “In the end of the day, what’s …

Modernizing Your Place With Robert Stephan Interior ‘s Style

Transferring the North American style to Germany, Robert Stephan Interior bridges the Atlantic to create a mix of different styles Robert Stephan Interior is an interior design studio based in the Bavarian capital of Munich. It specializes in impeccable residential projects, both nationally and internationally, with projects in the base country of Germany, as well as in Italy, France, and Austria, among others across Europe. Robert Stephan Interior’s work is famous for the way it manages to combine vintage pieces with contemporary design. Robert Stephan is the head of this design firm, as you can tell from the name association. With more than ten years of experience at the head of this organization, Robert has built a solid reputation as a highly versatile designer, whose work is fully characterized and molded according to the needs of each client and project. Some Projects We will present some of the magnificent projects of Robert Stephan Interior, all located in the German country, and all of them share a characteristic style of the design studio. We will understand how they work and all the traits of these remarkable spaces and environments. Bungalow A family home project located in Munich, we present Robert Stephan Interi4or’s project dubbed Bungalow. Undoubtedly what stands out most in this project is the contemporary style that the studio has achieved. Employment of open spaces, with great use of natural light, modern lines and bold styles. Let’s explore each room of this house. Right at the entryway, we can understand the contemporary traits that Robert Stephan Interior presents in its design and style. With a combination of wood and stone, we have the used the first one in the surroundings of the base of this division, from the floor to the walls. As for lighting, we have built-in lights between the wooden slats on the wall. When viewing this first room of the house is understood as a first touch of the minimalist style in the works of Robert Stephan Interior, but this is something that we will explore further. As we move on to other areas of this project by Robert Stephan Interior, we can already see a few more traits of his design style. In the dining room and the two living rooms, we have more extravagant and daring pieces of furniture. In the example of the dining room, which is connected to the kitchen, we can see a magnificent suspension lamp that stands out for that very singularity. Also noteworthy is the dining table, once again with reference to wood. In the main living room, emphasis should be placed on the incredible sofa, which also has a minimalist look. Throughout the rest of this project by Robert Stephan Interior, this same intention on the part of the studio to create a glamorous and eye-catching space for everyone is noticeable. The minimalist characteristics are continued in the other environments, however, this minimalism is not extreme as we are used to seeing in projects of this style, the designer plays with some spaces with a more intense presence of details and putting this minimalist tendency aside, as we can see for example in the bathroom. Bachelor Pad We continue in the city of Munich, and we are going to another project called Bachelor Pad, where the style that we found in the last one is extended, a contemporary style. However, this one with some differences, as we will present below. We also see the continuation of the use of open spaces, as we can see in the main living room, an ample space that connects both the kitchen and the dining room. A great highlight is the suspended salamander in this space, facing the social area of both brown sofas. We observe the continued use of wood, following the brown color that dominates the environment. So we have a place where Robert Stephan Interior was concerned with making the space pleasant and conducive to good moments of conviviality. In this project by Robert Stephan Interior we have a different intention from the previous one presented. We have a desire for darker and more closed environments in different rooms of the house. As we have seen, in the main living room we had a clean and airy space, however, in divisions such as the kitchen and the bedroom, we already have more closed environments. We see the presence of the black color both in the choice for painting the walls and also in some furniture elements, such as the countertop and mirror in the kitchen, as well as the bedside table in the bedroom. Regardless of all the characteristics explored by Robert Stephan Interior, the studio always wants to create a space of glamor and luxury. We have presented traces of refinement explored in items of details of the room’s decoration. Bold and extravagant pieces stand out in the details of each division and bring the life that each area needs, bringing the unique characteristic to which Robert Stephan Interior is committed. Villa Finally, let’s go to a project by Robert Stephan Interior, which is no longer located in the Bavarian capital. We traveled to Stuttgart to see the Villa project, a project that more vividly evokes the style of Robert Stephan Interior and all the characteristics that it conveys. A beautiful and majestic project where luxury and splendor are more present than ever. The use of light is nothing new in Robert Stephan Interior’s projects, as we saw in the previously presented projects. However, in this one, the charge for this use has a different expression, taking into account that it is possibly the main characteristic of this project. Throughout the house, the walls are entirely occupied by giant windows, which bring these same open and bright spaces. It still manages to convey a feeling of grandeur to this house, taking into account that all this open space manages to make the house overcome the standard barriers of a place, that are the walls. In this, the home …

Bradford Shellhammer, Designer

How Shellhammer Infuses His Loft With Vibrancy and Energy

The 2,800-square-foot Greenwich Village loft was genially transformed into a colorful and theatrical design By Bradford Shellhammer. Newyorker based eBay executive redecorated his $ 5 million Residence with his signature design, with bright and vibrant colors. Shellhammer and his husband, Georgi Balinov, spent one year and a half renovating the house, which was once a method acting school owned by the great theater actor Lee Strasburg. The designer is most comfortable in the field of reinvention. This magnificent Project by Bradford Shellhammer is a little smaller than his other one, but it still perfectly captures the essence of the great artist who resides within those walls. The layout of every single detail reflects the designer’s character. The impact of color and how it affects the ambiance of the flat can be felt in this Manhattan loft. Shellhammer’s signature designs have been vibrant, and not everyone can create a layout in which the designer determines the vivid and distinctive hue. Inside this Project, he chooses lighter colors, which are thought to be airy and give the impression that the space is more significant and brighter. The presence of Yves Klein’s deep blue can be seen in this living room’s roller blinds, armchair, bench, and even the sofa pillows. A Portrait of the art line of paintings by artist Luis Urribarri completes the composition. Shellhammer chose a dark lead color present in the sofa and the large gray rug which connects all the items on top of it. But it is important the combination of the other color because grey hues can give your living area a lifeless, uninspired feel. So, it’s crucial to build layers of various hues on top of one another. The wall art reveals a diverse and welcoming curator around pieces by Andy Warhol, Shellhammer’s hero, Keith Haring, Josef Albers, Milton Glaser, Yoko Ono, and framed pieces of homosexual cultural memorabilia, a Rwandan imaging panel, and an unsigned artwork rescued from the streets of Brooklyn. As Shellhammer explains, “My biggest influence is Andy Warhol, without a doubt,” he explains. “For me, he represents the idea that life is not black-and-white.… He straddled high and low, art and commerce (…).” Combinations of Yves Klein blue and yellow appear calm, cozy, and well-balanced, as in this Shellhammer dazzling project. Blue is adaptable and ideal for contemporary interior design throughout the year. Blue and yellow color schemes become warmer when yellow hues are added, providing a cheerful mood. Shellhammer successfully manipulates the various patterns that coexist in the same area—a particular project for selecting a design where each section reveals its individuality. The area where meals are prepared and consumed is shown in the photographs above. Shellhammer aims to integrate the space with the colors by giving it a cozier and elegant appearance. The kitchen’s furnishings are colored in a way that contrasts with the floor’s black and white tiles. White, black, and yellow are the predominant hues in the kitchen where the island is located. Also, Shellhammer chose the yellow in the flowers and the lights above the kitchen island, giving the area a fresh appearance. The dining area, which shares space with the kitchen, is distinguished by choice of the yellow table end chairs’ various hues and shapes, the black suspended lighting by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, and the table and other side chairs’ brilliant wood tones. The white oasis, known as a bedroom, combines the leading color with the wood’s bright colors and the cactus vivid green, keeping a calming and comforting atmosphere in the room. Over the headboard is a piece of protest art by graphic designer James Victore. Shellhammer quotes the designer as saying it compromises Balinov’s more traditional tastes. Shellhammer positioned an eco-friendly and organic rug beneath the bed that reflects the space’s focal point. Provides the space with a quiet, fading feel. These colors provide the impression that a space is bigger and lighter. Shellhammer’s love of collecting extends to his home office, where a tall glass bookcase filled with toys from past trips serves as both a videoconference backdrop and a toy storage area. “Every time I visit a new nation, I find a toy, and every time I fly with a new airline, I buy an airplane. It took more than 30 years to compile this collection. It’s lovely to have them all here now after many years in storage. Claims the designer, Shellhammer. Shellhammer combines a deep blue rug and chair with white, wood tones, and gray in his office. The master bath is one of the most stunning areas of this Shellhamer design at Manhattan Loft. Portraits from previous house parties and replicas of Warhol’s Polaroids are mixed on the wallpaper. A Polaroid camera that tempts visitors to take a photo in the restroom is placed in the toilet to create a Warholian installation. The area looks more sleek and contemporary because black and white are frequently used. It appears to be a traditional, fashionable, and sophisticated region as a result of Shellhammer design. Surrounded by the totems of his glamorous globetrotting, Shellhammer puts his imagination to another level taking us inside his paintings – his designs and creations. Bold and colorful is the characteristic that fits perfectly into his work. Put yourself to the test of the power of color with your design creations. Romanek Design Studio

Discover 4 Eclecticism Projects by Romanek Design Studio

“Elegant eclecticism with a dash of playfulness and something unexpected” is the motto of Romanek Design Studio.  Brigette Romanek, an incredibly talented self-taught designer, created Romanek Design Studio while assisting her friend Kelly Sawyer Patricof with the interior design of her Miami house. These days, Brigette Romanek, a gorgeous and talented interior designer, has built the most exquisite homes for influential people in the entertainment industry through her company, Romanek Design Studio. Her Studio provides an “eclecticism” perspective to the field of furniture design in addition to residential projects. Laurel Canyon Romanek Design Studio’s ecleticism concept while coming up with this gorgeous design was “when you have a house with history work with it, it’s fun.” the architect of Laurel Canyon chose to embrace the unusual features of the home rather than change or remove them. And rich with “tales to tell” and history. This wonderful family home is situated in Los Angeles, which is well-known for its beaches, sunsets, and the myriad of colors that the sky is “painted” with. She sought to add it because Romanek Design Studio clients frequently return at dusk. That served as one of the sources of inspiration for this eclectic design. Combining this old home with contemporary furniture creates a stunning, timeless home, as shown in the expansive living area with natural elements visible above. Being filled with so many vibrant hues makes the space appear lighter. Romanek Design Studio carefully considers creating a fresh atmosphere in the room; the small tree and other plants facilitate it. In the dining room, you can see some of the antiques the interior designer included in the design scheme on the walls. This family home commonly employs the eclecticism design trend. The sustainable dining table, bench set, and leather seating in this spacious space strike the mid-century modern ideal balance. The modern library is located above and features a reading area in the middle of the room with a brown sofa, two blue armchairs, a trio of benches with various shapes, and a single center table—an eclectic space for eclectic knowledge. In one of the interviews conducted with Brigette Romanek regarding this creation, she stated that when designing, she considers her clients’ happiness, joy upon returning home, and ability to spend time in all the rooms comfortably. “Let your personality shine through,” creating a distinct atmosphere there. Every home design incorporates the designer’s personality, and this one is yet another that does it in a vibrant, amiable way. But, as Romanek noted, “For clients, you have to learn to express their quiet,” it is far more crucial to understand the client’s personality in the environment. You must!” for the design development to satisfy them by encompassing all the elements that might become a part of their client’s lives.  In the images above, the Garden and the floral entrance have a powerful element, making them very new spaces of the house. The hallway includes two central tables with an enormous eye-catching flower branch, bright natural light, and a marble floor. Under the wooden pine staircase is a little sitting area. The Garden offers a dining area, which can be a cozy and pleasant place just to eat. Isle Isle is one interior design in California where we once more see the eclectic projection, with a lot of natural light entering this magnificent family home. Romanek Design Studio used several components from the previous creation in this one. As seen in the images below,  There are a few different seating spaces in this living room, but the one to your right has just a large sofa, a hammock lounger, and a little triangle center table. This site is distinguished by the white, gray, and wood tones which creates an eclectic concept. On the left, a room with various hues can be seen, including a leather tone with a Hermés blanket, a side table with some flowers, a rectangular center table, and a wood recliner. Two rugs, one of which Romanek Design Studio chose to place precisely in the area of the wood armchair, and the larger, deep blue rug connect all the elements in this side of the room. This dining room has distinguishing eclecticism features, the different shapes and colors of the chairs, the material of the round table, and the exciting art portrait around the house. It is noticeable from the items on the table’s top, the flowers and limes, and the vast window that looks out onto the Garden and floods the room with light that the author’s individuality can be seen in this fresh and modern eclecticism. In this sitting room, where Brown is the protagonist, being in all of the wood walls and the big rug that connects the white of the armchairs and the center table altogether. Near the windows is a rose-red armchair surrounded by the two large windows of the room. A timeless design with an eclectic concept that combines the new with the old, and as the founder Romanek once said, “Make it Fun!” The green smoke room is where nature lives inside the furniture, which Romanek Design Studio chooses to display in a relaxed and warm way. The Bu The Bu house is made elegantly by Romanek Design Studio while still providing a sense of familiarity. This stunning home is located in Los Angeles. “The Bu” is a nickname that stands for Malibu; “it’s a home for a 40-something man, with a darling little son who runs about the yard.” Perhaps for this reason, she explains, her client asked for a “home that was quiet and serene, but not bashful.” The Simple yet gorgeous dining room, minimalist design, and monochrome color scheme with crisp lines and accent colors characterize this space. Behind the scenes of the dining area is a minimalist kitchen made of wood. Still on the first floor, as we can see in the pictures above, the rug’s distinctive color and texture make it earthy in the living area, which also contains a leather-suspended chair …

Office Of Ken Fulk´s Kips Bay

Inside The Fancy Kips Bay : Bringing Space Down To Earth

Let’s explore Ken Fulk’s magnificent Kips Bay project and understand how we can explore the zodiac and the astral plane inside a home Ken Fulk is a Virginia-born designer renowned for his bold and out-of-the-ordinary designs. Based in New York and San Francisco, he has a design firm named Ken Fulk Inc. He has a team of more than 80 people at his disposal and reaches the entire American country. In 2018 he founded a non-profit dedicated to supporting local San Francisco artists called Saint Joseph’s Arts Foundation. “Each space needed its own expression while also connecting with the others and telling a story because that’s how we begin each project: by writing a story and visually bringing it to life”, expresses Ken Fulk. “I really wanted to create a space that reflects my own personal optimism as well as the way I feel about this hibernation and reawakening to a new and positive outlook.” therefore, through these statements made by the designer, we can understand the way he works on his projects, and this Kips Bay was no different. The Project Located in Dallas, Texas, is this stunning project by Ken Fulk called Kips Bay. It is a housing project that, at the first contact, we can verify its uniqueness. From a first glance, we can understand how this house is unique and has an essence of its own. What stands out most at sight is clearly all the references and allusions to astrology and the zodiac, making this space uncommon. The most outstanding feature at Kips Bay is the incredible living room offered by this project by Ken Fulk. All zodiac references are displayed in shades of gold, as is the characterization of the stars along the various furniture elements, from the wallpaper to the rug, in contrast to the midnight blue that is presented as the basis of this space. This blue manages to transport a distant dimension to this space, carrying associations to the galactic expanse. The ceiling in shades of gold completes this contrast around the entire environment of this living room. Even so, we can still find distinct references in some pieces of furniture, such as one of the arm chairs found in the living room. This division of Kips Bay is linked to another one that we also have to highlight, the extraordinary office that this project offers. This one drops the shades of blue and presents itself entirely with strong gold in its essence. On the walls, we have magnificent drawings with divine and animal references. This division has two arm chairs in leopard tones that surround a black center table, as well as a splendid suspension lamp in the same golden tones that underlie this division. This Kips Bay project is a clear example of an environment that relies on maximalism. This characteristic is very evident, considering all the elements and references throughout Kips Bay. The designer was concerned with giving meaning and essence to every space and every little detail at Kips Bay. However, even with this exaggeration of details, Kips Bay has become a stunning and pleasing space for those who enjoy it. We still have some similarities with the Art Deco style at Kips Bay, with principles of Cubism and exoticism, with geometric decoration in the design, without sacrificing the refinement intended in a sublime and luxurious place. Even with all the styles and trends that we can associate with this Kips Bay, it is also worth mentioning the incredible rugs that Ken Fulk chose for this space. For the living room, we identified a rug that extends to the central theme of the place, as we mentioned before. A rug in shades of midnight blue with gold details that characterize elements associated with the cosmic and spatial dimension. In the office, they preferred rugs that were more distinct from the styles already explored at Kips Bay, these being more vintage styles, surpassing what Ken Fulk managed to trivialize in this environment. That is another of the characteristics of this Kips Bay, with the abundance of references around the same theme, all the eccentricity that this area carries becomes banal, and it even gets strange when the designer presents something more ordinary in an environment like this. We saw here a magnificent and very particular project by Ken Fulk, this Kips Bay is a space in which we have a very characteristic and specific style that manages to reconcile the excess of detail with the refinement that this environment deserves. If you’re looking for more inspiration for your space, look for more projects on our project page, where we cover every type of style you can imagine, all in TAPIS Studio. Sasha Adler Design

Sasha Adler Design Projects : The Beauty Of Mix Old And New

Let’s get to know Sasha Adler Design’s projects and understand how he works with the space’s architecture to create a balanced dialogue of modern elements, a collection of vintage pieces and custom design items. Sasha Adler Design is an interior design company specializing in restoring historic properties, but it also works on building from scratch. He is concerned with knowing his project, and that is how he commits himself to start a project. It treats the initial phase of each project as knowing the client and talking to him about how he would like the space to work. After obtaining this information, they build a narrative around the interior by carefully selecting architectural details, natural materials and custom designs. It agrees on its process to meet each client’s objectives, schedule and budget. In addition, he also focuses on creating a space that is attentive, comfortable and unique. Projects Let’s analyze some of Sasha Adler Design’s projects, in which we can understand how she works and expresses her inspirations in her works. We will be able to understand the old-fashioned style in his projects, in a combination of vintage pieces with a more contemporary atmosphere. Chicago Residence Let’s start in Chicago, in a residence on the near north side, where we have our first contact with the unique style of Sasha Adler Design. What comes first is the choice of colors used in this place, green being the choice in one of the prominent places in the house, the dining room. We can see the presence of green, even if in different tones, both on the wall and in some furniture items, such as the chairs. In the rest of the house, we see space where the designer prefers to keep the simplicity of white, in the living room and bedroom, or the boldness of other different colors, such as the intense blue, in another living room that this house presents. Considering what we mentioned earlier, Sasha Adler Design likes to play between the search for the archaic and the discovery of the modern. In this specific project, this game of styles is associated with finishing some decorative items and furniture pieces with older and more primitive lines. Combining all the styles worked on in this project, we also have an apex of maximalist tendency in this space. In some items, we have details of eccentricity and exaggeration, and we also have an overdose of details in the environment. Sasha Adler Design takes advantage of each location to add a point that brings something more to the environment. Combining all the styles worked on in this project, we also have an apex of maximalist tendency in this space. Chicago Family Home Let’s continue in Chicago and move on to a family home project. In this, several of the styles we explored earlier are present again, as we will see. However, it is a project with particularities about the previous one. Starting with the choice of colors, we have a color that dominates almost the entire house, blue. Color dominates nearly all spaces, from the living room to the bathroom. Only in some divisions the color blue is absent, and it is another color that takes over the place, as is the example of the office, in tons of wood, and the dining room, in tons of white. In this project, we see again the intention to use old-fashioned items. We can see this very present in decorative items, such as the bathroom, which has a mirror and a faucet with rustic finishes. We can also see lamps throughout the house that refer to this antique style. However, we were able to perceive the contrast that Sasha Adler Design works between the old vs the modern, with elements that refer to this contemporary style. We can see this in some spaces of this project where a minimalist style can be identified, with the absence of exaggerated details. In this game of styles, despite the contrast, the designer still manages to bring harmony and make this space pleasant and charming. Even so, all this minimalist tendency that we can find in some spaces is not the main style of this project. As seen earlier in the Sasha Adler Design project, maximalism is worked on in practically all environments. The concern to convey meanings to the house’s rooms is very present, from the presence of bolder wallpaper or more eccentric pieces of furniture or decoration. Little throughout the place, we can see the use of all the space to create an essence around the area. Beverly Hills Let’s move now to the last project that we will analyze from Sasha Adler Design, located in Beverly Hills. In this one, we will see a project very different from the other two that we presented earlier, in which the archaic aspect is set aside, and the presence of these old-fashioned elements is not found in the environment. In this project, the contemporary style is very present throughout the space. Open, simple areas, lots of natural light, and large windows, these are some of the main features that stand out at first glance when looking at this project by Sasha Adler Design. Serene and calming colors are in the essence of this place, with the white and brown of the wood as the basis of the environment. The designer tries not to explore too many different colors, only colors other than those mentioned are present in some decoration details, such as rugs. In addition to all the features listed above, the modern style extends even further to the minimalist trend in this project by Sasha Adler Design. We can see spaces where the elements are linear and harmonious with the rest of the area in the environment, these elements being little responsible for carrying meaning to these same places. The exterior location is a perfect example of this, where we can see that the designer’s concern was to display tranquility and well-being without excessive elements. We …

In this post, we will explore some bedroom rug ideas recommended by top interior designers to help you elevate your bedroom’s look. Explore these 4 decor projects to try for a complete bedroom transformation: Best Bedroom Rug Ideas A Romantic Glam, by Emily Henderson Emily Henderson, a renowned interior designer, has designed a “Victorian Glam” bedroom that features an eclectic mix of vintage and modern elements. The Los Angeles-based interior designer recommends using layered rugs to add some personality to the room. In this project, she mixes traces of maximalist aesthetics with touches of “bohemian eclectic” to create at the same time a romantic bedroom full of joy and coziness. The rug she suggests should be large enough to cover the area under the bed and extend on both sides. Then, you can opt for a vibrantly patterned rug that complements the color scheme of the space, or choose a contrasting color to make a statement, as in this case.  Comfort in every step, by Peter Mikic When designing a bedroom, it is essential to choose an appropriately sized rug that fills most of the space. Ideally, according to Oshri Adri, cofounder of Adri + Dahlman Interiors in New York, it should start at the front of the bedrooms and extend beyond the bed by at least two to three feet. An area rug is one that covers only a part of the floor, tying a room together, adding personality and warmth, and boasting many benefits. The master bedroom of the “Keepers Farmhouse” project by interior designer Peter Mikic rightly presents a rustic, sophisticated style that plays with shapes and colors without losing style. Creating a calm ambiance with natural lights, by Sarah Sherman Samuel Of course bedrooms are meant for sleeping, but it is natural to take into account the importance of designing a space for daytime use as well, particularly if it serves as a home office. As light enters the room through large windows, these details emphasize the elegance and simplicity of the decor, making the room a warm and welcoming place.  Neutral bedrooms with rugs in nudes and earthy tones are a popular decorating trend that emphasizes subtle details to create a cozy and elegant space, providing a sense of comfort and calm, perfect for the bedroom. “For a warm and cozy bedroom, I like to start with a mostly neutral background, adding interest with natural textures and finishes,” says Suzie Lucas, a specialist at Lucas Interior. This Woodland post-modern interior design by Sarah Sherman Samuel is one of the excellent bedroom rug ideas for those who have large spaces with lots of light. Dramatic, Timeless and bold, by Sasha Bikoff Sasha Bikoff is a renowned interior designer with a vibrant and eclectic decorating style that combines different styles, colors, and textures. Her work is characterized by the use of bold patterns, vintage furniture, and touches of glamour, creating unique environments full of personality.   That’s why we brought you another bedroom rug ideas project to inspire you. Here, the designer chose deep shades of bronze and caramel brown to create a cozy atmosphere in the master bedroom, complemented by a coffee table and mirror, a sofa, and a vintage lamp that creates a cozy sitting area. To complete the dramatic aesthetic, the choice of chocolate lacquered ceiling and wallpaper create a perfect harmony with the carpet, which covers most of the space in an equally striking tone. As seen, a rug is a great way to add some warmth, texture, and personality to your bedroom. Whether you opt for a cozy shag or a modern geometric design, there’s a rug out there to suit every taste and style. Rafael De Cardenas

Get To Know Rafael De Cardenas’s Top 4 Interior Designs

Nothing is off-limits to Rafael De Cardenas. In these four designs that will be explored, we’ll see the breathtaking masterpieces in each interior design. Despite changing his career path from Calvin Klein Menswear to interior design, Rafael de Cardenas considers designing his life. He started his own company in 2006 after completing his architectural studies at UCLA. Begin to establish a reputation for producing atmospheric spaces, whether for domestic use or even as ice-expedition yachts. Rafael de Cardenas Ltd. has maintained a small, devoted crew with varied backgrounds, including dance, science research, and fashion design. The company initially operated out of a small office in Chinatown in New York City; as of now, they have two offices and one in London. We are developing projects throughout Eastern and Western Europe, North America, and Asia. Olympic Tower Residence In this high-rise apartment in Manhattan, there are three different living areas. The lounge, study, and private chambers are all designed to frame and enhance the view of Manhattan’s skyline. We can picture how the delicate surfaces in each area of this residence prevent the need for numerous extra furnishings. A neutral color scheme allows subtle hue, texture, and reflection variations. Rafael de Cardenas decided on a minimalistic aesthetic. It implies that every piece of furniture, color, and texture serves a purpose and enhances the room rather than simply maintaining a basic aesthetic or appealing architectural element. Open floor layouts, abundant natural light, and well-built, comfortable furniture with simple lines are typical features of the rooms. Examining this apartment’s interior features, we can observe that the art aspects are the most engaging and that there was just one rug added in the living room to connect the many pieces. Yet, they offer the spaces a clever and imaginative quality that reflects the individualist of the designer’s preferences. This Rafael de Cardenas interior design’s end effect is stunning. Glebe Place Residence This English mansion, located on Brompton Road, which has five bedrooms, was completely refurbished to evoke a timeless luxury while mixing modern classics with the property’s historic essence. Rafael de Cárdenas decided to give this interior design a strong “sound.” The furniture in daring colors with some neutral and vivid accessories adds a touch of sophistication and a sense of history. Each location contains a historical past just waiting to be seen and felt, much like narrating a story. As we can see in the different rooms in the images above, the light is a primary factor in this design; every room has its natural light, and the materials used are highlighted for that light. This mansion even has a garden, which Philip Nixon, a landscape architect, helped create, which has a reflecting pool with a cantilevered slate seat, a green wall, and palm fronds around a checkerboard terrace. West Eleventh Street Residence The Greenwich Lane, a project that has been in the works for more than ten years, consists of five neighboring townhouses and an entire block of structures between 11th and 12th Streets in the exclusive West Village. Each of the buildings has an underground connection to a variety of amenities, including a fully staffed gym, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a screening room, a kids’ play area, and more. The vertical chromatic temperature gradient is the foundation for the entire five-story house’s architecture. The living area on the second level has a clear view of the courtyard at Greenwich Lane. With floor-to-ceiling windows, a custom daybed by de Cárdenas makes the most of the space. The split rocker vase by Jeff Koons is the focal point of the unique coffee table. On the opposite corner, a Campana Brothers chair and an old Stilnovo light are also present. Another living area with interior design on the left features an excellent assortment of artwork chosen by the designer and his team from DeWoody’s collection. Most of the upholstered items throughout are custom created and covered in Maharam fabric, including the sofa. Bright hues are especially noticeable in the interior decor on the right. A perfect illustration of de Rafael de Cardenas’s eclectic, occasionally edgy aesthetic is the dining room. Bright hues are especially noticeable in the interior decor on the right. Claude Missir’s Sticks dining table, Charlotte Perriand’s chairs, a Cherry Bomb chandelier by Lindsey Adelman, and Block containers from Apparatus embellish the table. The Sticks dining table was purchased from Nilufar. The blue room, two Pierre Paulin Pacha chairs from Demisch Danant that punctuate the space with their rose boucle, and the beautiful marble bath with surfaces chosen by O’Brien are some of these interior design, by Rafael de Cardenas, that strikes the eye. The earth tones on the first floor provide a cool atmosphere. De Cárdenas selected a custom-designed organic ash table, seats by Konstantin Grcic, and bar stools by Thomas Hayes for the kitchen, which also features dark wood cabinetry. The private garden can be seen from the kitchen. The area is connected to the community courtyard of the property beyond the brick wall; the FXFOWLE master plan offers a private enclave where residents may access almost all services without leaving the house. New Canaan Residence Just as any other stylish interior design project above, this one is also a dazzling eclectic design style, a work of architecture with a rich atmospheric nuance. We can see how the natural light that comes in transforms this living area into a quite lovely and tranquil space. With its various shades of blue, the rug used draws more attention thanks to the furnishings’ bright colors. The center table is where all the seating furniture is turned. The presence of plants opens up the space slightly and makes the room loves fresh. Most of the blue hues in the house are brought in by a rug. The blue carpeting and armchair in this sitting space go well with the bronze center table and sofa. Beyond the seating area, the two statues in different genres provide the impression of a “meaningful room.” This hallway’s vibrant …
