La Dolce Vita
While aligning with the client on the desired design, Shona presented her line of rugs and furniture in partnership with HALI. The client loved it so much that they chose several rugs for their home, showcasing the classicism and Italian drama we all adore.
The project’s starting point was the semi-dome arch, which welcomes you to the kitchen, living room, and dining area and gives the space a more modern atmosphere. The theme was clear for the client: to create a European feel in their home. The theme was clear to the client: to create a European feel in their home.
This European design project aimed to seamlessly blend the charm of Mediterranean aesthetics with the elegance of classic European elements. The goal was to transform the space into a haven that exudes European design’s timeless beauty and sophistication right in the heart of their home.
The selected rugs add depth to the spaces, with noticeable curves and patterns that impart a specific dramatic flair characteristic of European design. These elements enhance the European design project, creating a visually engaging and sophisticated atmosphere throughout the home.
Colors bring more life to a home, transforming it into a more relaxed and fresh space. The designer’s boldness in color selection has presented the client with a touch of Europe, where they can dream and feel as if they were immersed in the magnificent landscapes of Italy. The carefully chosen hues and combinations evoke Mediterranean charm, creating an atmosphere that seamlessly blends elegance with tranquility, perfect for relaxation and inspiration.
Who doesn’t dream of a home that evokes a vacation? The search for tranquility inspires the designers at Smac Studio to create a space with these characteristics. Light colors and minimalism in decoration create the perfect harmony for choosing rugs, allowing them to stand out best.
In a European design project, the choice of natural elements adds a distinctive pop to every room, from the entry hall to the bedrooms. Incorporating wood, stone, and greenery enhances the aesthetic appeal and aligns with the timeless elegance and functional beauty often associated with European design. These natural touches can seamlessly blend with the sophisticated, minimalist style typical of European interiors, imbuing your home with a delightful and welcoming ambiance that resonates throughout.
The premise is simple: you have the power to transform your home into a luxurious and sophisticated Mediterranean-style abode. The Dolce Vita you seek might be closer than you think; a few thoughtful changes and the right choice of elements can make all the difference. By incorporating rich textures, elegant colors, and charming details, you can create a space that embodies the essence of Mediterranean luxury and warmth, turning your home into a personal sanctuary of comfort and style.
