There is no opening order amount and no reorder minimum. We provide a 40% Trade Discount and a 10% Extra discount in first orders. The discount will be automatically calculated on checkout.
All orders must be paid prior to delivery. Payment can only be made by bank transfer with shared costs.

A shipping quote can be provided upon request. Available for EUROPE and OVERSEAS.
Additional transport costs may be invoiced when unforeseen shipment exceptions are required to make the final delivery.
All orders must be inspected upon receipt of delivery. A damage risk of 2% applies to each delivery. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to TAPIS Studio within 48 hours after the receipt of the goods, accompanied by digital pictures.
Before signing for receipt of deliveries, please check that there is no visible damage to the exterior of the packaging. Should you notice any type of damage to the boxes or plastic wrap, be certain to make a written note of this when signing the driver’s proof of delivery and to preferably take a picture before unwrapping it.
Cancellations are possible within 24 hours after placing an order by contacting our team at [email protected]. After this, we will deduct a 50% cancellation fee from the refund amount.

Note: TAPIS Studio products are handcrafted by artisans. Small irregularities in shape, surfaces, and finishes are hallmarks of such craftsmanship and will not be considered defects.
A charge of €100,- will be applied for drawing up additional documents besides the commercial invoice and packing slip.
Limited to one (1) year from date of sale against defects in material or workmanship, under the intended use of the products. Our sole responsibility is to repair or replace defective merchandise when it compromises any of these terms.
Please note that the following rules apply only to online retailers of TAPIS products.
- Only items which the retailer stock are allowed to be featured on the retailer’s Online Store.
- No discounts are allowed on our products without our consent in writing.
- Offering our products through another online platform other than your own Store, is not permitted.
